December 1st is World AIDS Day, and Day With(out) Art, a time of mourning and action that uses art to respond to the ongoing HIV and AIDS crisis. Digital Arts Resource Centre and @qu.art.ottawa are excited to collaborate with @visual_aids to screen their 2022 Day With(out) Art program: BEING & BELONGING. The program consists of seven short videos from artists living with HIV across the world. From navigating sex and intimacy to confronting stigma and isolation.

The program features new work by Clifford Prince King, Jaewon Kim, Mikiki, Davina “Dee” Conner & Karin Hayes, Camila Arce, Jhoel Zempoalteca & La Jerry, and Camilo Acosta Huntertexas & Santiago Lemus.


Visit the DARC Project Space (67 Nicholas St) from 10 am to 6 pm on December 1st and 2nd to see BEING & BELONGING
Registration is not required for this free program, which will be playing on a loop in the Project Space.
