National Capital Region, April 2025 – Local independent arts leaders Debaser, The Framework, Produced By Youth, and The Moving Art Gallery are excited to announce the launch of Cohort #3 of WARP, a paid learning and mentorship program designed to equip participants with the tools and resources to create safe(r), more accessible, and sustainable projects.
WARP offers a hybrid learning experience, with Cohort #3 running from June 3 to July 12, 2025, both online and in-person at the Digital Arts Resource Centre and Club SAW. In addition to group sessions, mentees will benefit from 1-on-1 Project Coaching and a Shadowing Mentorship. Funded by the Canada Council for the Arts, this program culminates with participants receiving a $5,000 honorarium to produce their final projects, in addition to daily honorariums for attending each workshop.

Accessibility Planning
Live Technical Production (Theory + Practical)
Safe(r) Spaces and Bystander Intervention
Naloxone Training and Harm Reduction
