Thanks to great advancements in everyday technology, we have the ability to make professional-level content on-the-go. Camera lenses in our smartphones are so advanced and we can produce quality videos without the need for expensive equipment and quickly share footage directly to social media. This 4-week course will guide you through your short film on a budget. Students will learn the basics of film making and how to apply the different techniques to create a short film using your smartphone. We will explore the best microphones, and lens choices, lighting tools, and video camera and video editing apps.
