This three-part workshop led by director, producer, and cinematographer Ben Hoskyn, will explore the role of the Director/Producer, where creativity meets project management. Look over real examples from "micro-indie" film productions in the $20K–$80K range, where there’s some budget (but not enough for a professional team) and learn how to scale these lessons to fit narrative features, shorts, or docs.

Whether you’re working on a project or just want to learn, you’ll gain practical insight into every stage of the filmmaking process.

📝Participants are welcome to bring in projects or scripts in development, but it’s just as valuable if you’re starting fresh. Sample scenes, budgets, schedules, and footage will be provided.
