Ghost Rooster Collective is inviting applications for the Community Dance Chorus of Nutcracker Remix — a weirder, wilder reimagining of The Nutcracker centred on disability experiences, access, movement, and collaboration.

We’re looking for curious and collaborative people ages 10+ who are excited to experiment with movement and create with others. No previous dance or professional performance experience is required.

We strongly encourage people with disabilities, BIPOC artists, and those traditionally excluded from classical performance spaces to apply.

Rehearsals will take place in November and December 2026, leading to a work-in-progress presentation at the Richcraft Theatre at Shenkman Arts Centre on December 18, 2026.
