Do you work in live events or performing arts production? Then Rendez-vous is for you!

Held in a different Canadian city each year, the Rendez-vous conference brings together emerging and established professionals from across the live performance and events industry for four dynamic days of professional development, networking, and collaboration. The event fosters a welcoming, hands-on learning environment where ideas are exchanged, connections are made, and careers are inspired.

The main program features a wide range of training workshops, educational sessions, roundtables, and panels covering key aspects of live performance production and presented by experts in their fields.

These sessions are complemented by a 1-day trade show featuring products and services for the live production sector, a Loudspeaker Showcase, a Lighting Fixture Showcase, and engaging social activities designed to build community and spark collaboration.

The 2026 edition will take place at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Arts Department of Theatre, LabO Building, and Arts Court.

Rendez-vous is open to all, with options for Full Conference or Day Passes, low student and freelancer rates, and a special offer for members of performing arts organizations and unions. Register before July 10, 2026, to take advantage of the early bird rate!
