The Asinabka Film & Media Arts Festival celebrates its 13th year of showcasing contemporary Indigenous arts on Anishinaabeg Algonquin territory from August 6 to 11, 2024. Enjoy over 60 Indigenous films from Canada and around the world, and free opening and closing night screenings at the Club SAW Outdoor Courtyard and on the back lawn at AXENÉO7.
Saturday, join the gallery crawl starting off at G101 with a show curated by the Wolf Babe Collective, then over to the Arts Court for 2 more gallery installations. Later in the night,catch the Indigenous music showcase with Fawn Wood, Logan Staats, SLUG, and Bryan Wolf Ear.
