Arts Court is open from 9:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.

SAW Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00 and is closed Sunday & Monday.

There is no admission fee to enter the building.

Performances, exhibitions, and special events are scheduled independent of building hours.  Please check the event calendar for specific event dates and times.

Arts Court is wheelchair accessible via 67 Nicholas Street entrance.

MOBILITY

Transport chairs and walkers are provided free of charge. If you would like to reserve one and have a staff member meet you at an accessible entrance, please call ahead at (613) 580-9838.

Reservation not required, mobility devices can also be requested at the front desk at 2 Daly Ave or at the Ottawa Art Gallery gift shop at 50 Mackenzie King Bridge.


1-to-1 Hearing Loop | Telecoil

Arts Court’s customer service counter at 2 Daly Ave is equipped with a 1-to-1 hearing loop. 1-to-1 hearing loops can help those with hearing loss communicate freely and readily using telecoil technology enabled through hearing aids and cochlear implants. ARTS COURT IS SCENT FREE

We share the air. Be respectful of others and refrain from wearing scented products.

Scented products can cause allergic reactions and respiratory distress. Staff and visitors are encouraged to wear or use non-scented products while in City facilities.


GETTING TO ARTS COURT

 

Arts Court is located at 2 Daly Avenue in Ottawa’s downtown core (at the intersection of Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street), steps from the Rideau Centre.


Public transit

Arts Court is a three minute walk from the Mackenzie King Bridge/Rideau Centre bus stop. To plan your route, you can use the OC Transpo travel planner.


O Train

Arts Court is located between the UOttawa and Rideau LRT stations. Please consult the OC Transpo travel planner for LRT routes.


Bicycle

There are several bike rings on Nicholas Street and two bike racks in front of the steps on Daly Avenue as well as bike racks at the Mackenzie King entrance of the Ottawa Art Gallery. In the summertime, festival organizers will sometimes add temporary bike racks to meet high demand.


Driving

From the west or east, take the 417 (Queensway) to the Nicholas Street exit. At the lights, continue on Waller Street. Turn left on Daly Avenue.

The Arts Court building is located around several parking lots; the Rideau Centre parking lot located on Nicholas Street, Les Suites Hotel parking lot located on Daly Avenue. and Novotel Hotel parking also located on Daly Avenue.
