Stories of an Immigrant Child

Luminous storyteller, Anna Kerz, has been called “one of the treasures of the Canadian storytelling movement.”

Her stories of growing up as an immigrant child in Toronto in the 50s and 60s, starting with a rooming house on Kensington Ave. at the edge of what was then known as The Jewish Market, touch the heart with their emotional depth, gentle humour, and wisdom.

She will be accompanied by her daughter, musician Susanne Farrow.
